Emotions

As previously discussed in my post on True Power, emotional control is of tremendous importance. You must have true love for oneself before you can truly love others. This is accomplished by walking your own path to complete understanding of everything along the way. This is what will define who you really are. Along this path, you will encounter many issues and problems that can all be sorted based on what you want from the world (Desire) and what the world wants from you (Stress). The key to emotional control is through the proper management of them. This may also require a willingness to shatter and remodulate your current belief systems.

Stress

Stress is a negative force representing what the world wants from you. It can potentially have four different effects on you based on your personal boundary
control. It will either cause Anger, Fear, Delusion, or a particular combination of the three.

Anger
  • is a resistance within oneself due to insufficient resources
  • an indicator of low value (in relation to the stress that caused it)
  • an indicator of low responsibility level
  • can lead to delusion through real or imagined insufficient resources
  • inhibits one's ability to differentiate (lowers intelligence)
  • leads to depression through passivity
Dealing with Anger
  • take action to acquire necessary resources (satisfaction)
  • expand your attention to realize what truly constitutes "necessary resources"
  • requires ability to effective build and maintain a sufficient level of continuous resources
  • raise your perceived value (in relation to the world) in order to indirectly boost your own resources through outside integration
  • become knowledgeable about how your body works and what you can do to make it run more efficiently (exercise, diet, supplementation, sexual creativity)
  • make decisions that will be conducive to your happiness and survivability
  • induce change to enable the creation of additional viewpoints

Fear
  • is a resistance due to an inability to fully face what you do not understand
  • based on misunderstanding and lack of responsibility
  • is the opposite of Love
  • an indicator of low confidence and lack of experience
  • leads to an inability to "own" personal space
  • inhibits one's ability to differentiate (lowers intelligence)
  • can lead to delusion through real or imagined potential loss
  • leads to avoidance and impulsive behavior
Dealing with Fear
  • properly identify the "source" of your fear
  • true love for leads to ultimate understanding of
  • you cannot project fear and simultaneously embody absolute understanding of
  • increase your responsibility level to include what you fear
  • one can only have "true" preferences once he has attained total knowledge of the thing he fears.
  • Courage is the ability and willingness to fully face what you do not understand. It is also understood as doing the right thing that needs to be done no matter what. It is a skill developed through resource management and the freedom to experience.

Delusion
  • inadequate perception
  • puts a limiter on your ability to differentiate
  • builds imaginary beliefs and ideas
  • a resistance to reality
  • can be caused from stress or desires
  • can also be caused by location
Dealing with Delusion
  • Perception of Zero
  • Creation of more viewpoints (Identification)
  • Examination of each viewpoint with the highest affinity possible (True Love)

Desires

Desire is a negative force projected out into the world. It represents what you want from the world. Unlike Stress, you have full control over what you desire and how you communicate this. This is why the study of ethics is crucial here. Through proper ethics, one can easily manipulate its polarity endgame.

  • inability to be satisfied
  • can potentially cause stress to your environment
  • can lead to unethical acts
  • can be interwoven with delusion causing attachment
  • depletes resources due to inability to obtain or control
  • related to anger due to resource management
  • related to fear via confidence level
  • will always be greater than the power of acquisition
Dealing with Desire
  • proper perception
  • thorough understanding of Ethics
  • understanding win/win scenarios
  • realize and understand that human appetites are insatiable
  • gradual wins attained in life through progressive increase of abilities
  • is more easily managed when anger and fear are thoroughly understood
  • do not waste energy on things beyond your current level of control
  • learn how to influence people by developing your Social Skills
  • learn to differentiate well between what you want and what you need (balance)

Conclusion

Once you understand what the world wants from you and what you want from the world, it becomes effortless to feel how you want to feel. The truth is, you are in control of it at all times. And if you are able to sustain plenty of resources, high level of confidence, and have proper perception, you will stay in control of your emotions forever.
